Privacy Notice

How AMR AgentBrain handles contact and briefing data.

This notice explains what information we collect when someone requests an AMR brief, asks for an institutional briefing or contacts AMR AgentBrain.

Who this notice applies to

This notice applies to AMR AgentBrain pages, forms and downloads on amr.agentbrain.ch. AMR AgentBrain is an AgentBrain research initiative focused on evidence-connected antimicrobial resistance intelligence.

Information we collect

When you submit a form, request a PDF or contact us, we may collect the information you provide directly, such as:

  • name, work email, organisation and role or team;
  • country, region, programme or portfolio interest;
  • the message, decision question or context you submit;
  • optional supporting documents where a form allows uploads;
  • technical delivery data needed to receive, secure and process the request.

How we use the information

We use submitted information to:

  • send requested AMR briefs or materials;
  • respond to institutional questions and briefing requests;
  • understand country, portfolio or research interests;
  • prepare a relevant follow-up where requested;
  • protect the site, forms and email delivery from abuse.

Email and service providers

We use service providers to host the website, receive form submissions and send email. For example, PDF delivery emails may be sent through an email delivery provider. These providers process data only so the requested service can be delivered, secured and maintained.

No sale of personal data

We do not sell submitted personal information. We do not use AMR brief requests to create consumer advertising profiles.

Retention

We keep submitted information for as long as needed to respond to the request, maintain a record of institutional interest and operate the AMR AgentBrain research workflow. You can ask us to delete or update your information at any time.

Your choices

You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. You can also ask not to receive further research updates or follow-up emails.

For privacy questions or deletion requests, email research@agentbrain.ch.
